I am a registered Social Worker/ Psychotherapist with over 16yers experience. I will provide the support primarily through CBT and CPT to allow you to face difficult challenges. Some of my areas of expertise are individual psychotherapy, self-esteem building, family unit counselling, emotional regulation, addiction management and couple’s therapy.
