It is in the darkest times that we can discover incredible strength within ourselves. I hold a passion for helping clients navigate challenges in their life, while supporting a sense of safety in the therapy environment. I strive to create a space where clients can explore their feelings, process emotional experiences and find peace and healing within themselves. I work with clients who experience anxiety, panic, depression, anger, grief and loss, trauma related symptoms, stress and relationship issues. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Social Worker. I am also a provider for the Crime Victim Services Program.
I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I have also competed training in attachment focused modalities and integrate these therapies into my work with clients. I am an EMDR trained therapist. I hold a certificate in Comprehensive Basic Training for EMDR therapy from the EMDR Centre of Canada.
