I offer an inclusive, affirming, collaborative, compassionate and strengths-based space for people of all identities and experiences, with a focus in perinatal mental health and birth/reproductive trauma. We’ll work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration and transparency. You matter, your voice is important, and you will be in control of the process and pace during our time together. You will be encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback about your experience.
The main therapeutic modalities that I draw upon are narrative therapy, mindfulness and parts work. I am constantly learning (and unlearning), committed to ongoing personal and professional growth, and participate in my own therapy, professional development, and clinical supervision
I am a settler on the traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg. My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive framework that is informed by anti-racism, decolonization theory, feminism, queer theory and disability justice.
