I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and can include faith based practice upon request.
My practice draws on evidence-based therapies through a trauma informed lens with a compassionate foundation such as Child- Centred Play Therapy, Compassionate Focus therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy, Filial Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person Centred, and Trauma Informed.
Through my services, I strive to empower my clients to develop the necessary skills to cope with their difficulties.
