I provide meaningful therapeutic support to people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, family and relationship conflicts, work stress, COVID-19 fatigue, and intense emotions, among other issues. I am culturally-sensitive and LGBTQ+ friendly, working with gender identity and sexual orientation development. I offer an open-minded, non-judgmental, integrative, and effective approach to psychotherapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) & a member of the Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association (CCPA).
I have extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as moderate to severe social and cognitive limitations. I also work with therapeutic equestrian centres, helping clients through the therapeutic use of horses.
