Starting therapy is a courageous step. You might be navigating the end of a relationship, an unexpected pregnancy, or the loss of a loved one - whatever the season I believe we weather them better with support. Drawing from personal experience with mental health challenges and ADHD, my work is grounded in a deep appreciation for the diversity and resilience of the human experience. My role is to offer you a nurturing space where you are seen, valued, and understood in all your complexity. Together, we will work towards cultivating your inner strength and authenticity, supporting greater self-knowledge and personal healing.
My background includes experience in perinatal mental health and working with neurodiverse, LBGTQ2S+, and Indigenous clients navigating challenges such as substance dependence, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer counselling tailored to your needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, mindfulness, narrative, and arts-based modalities.
I understand that reaching out can sometimes be hard—I've been there too. If you are looking for a curious and kind companion to walk with you on this next step of your journey, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation so we can connect. I look forward to meeting you!
