I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and I am currently accepting new clients for in person and virtual sessions. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am here to support individuals as they cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief. I also work with couples and support them as they develop communication skills to improve their relationship, and navigate life changes such as the blending of two families, divorce and co-parenting. I enjoy working with youth and helping them address school-related and home-related challenges. I have additional training in working with clients with ADHD.
Many people today are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and struggling to find a healthy life/work balance. For others, the struggles are interpersonal or relational. Whatever your reason for pursuing counselling, I can help support you as you develop and implement a plan to move forward with the challenges you are currently facing.
I offer an open, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for you to address mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues that are impacting your life in negative ways. Change can be uncomfortable at times, but counselling is a safe environment to face change and try out new perspectives and attitudes.
