Life can be difficult at times. It takes a lot of courage to face our most distressing thoughts, emotions and behaviours. For this reason, I want to congratulate you on taking the first steps towards healing. As an integrative, holistic psychotherapist, I am grateful to accompany numerous individuals and couples on a journey towards growth and rejuvenation. I specialize in Grief & Bereavement but some of my other areas of focus are Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, Self-worth, Trauma and PTSD as well as day-to-day life concerns. I also work on improving intimacy, communication and repairing bonds in the context of couples.
Some of the approaches that I use involve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment based therapies. Furthermore, I enjoy implementing various art therapy techniques, narrative and strength-based interventions in my practice. As every person is different, I adjust my approach to fit you.
Regardless of your concerns, I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to explore your values, thoughts and emotions. In a first session with me, I will ask you to tell me a bit about yourself and I will work collaboratively with you to establish therapeutic goals so that we may build an appropriate treatment plan to suit your needs.
