Welcome! Beginning therapy can be daunting and I am here to help make the process as welcoming and transparent as possible for you. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, parents, and people coping with an illness. Therapy is a safe space to explore your authentic self with room for the full range of emotional expression- including humour. I believe that by taking steps towards discovering your true self you can unlock a better, happier life and create lasting change.
My approach is informed by evidence-based practices and my own experience with neurodivergence and parenthood. My practice uses a combination of teaching concrete skills and talk therapy to unlock new perspectives
I am a Registered Social Worker as well as a practicum student in the MACP program. My clinical practice is supervised by Aline Maia, a registered therapist who provides me with guidance to ensure the highest quality of care.
