I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and/or trauma in adults 25 and older. While these diagnoses often have co-occuring issues (e.g., addiction, depression, anxiety), I am not a generalist practitioner. This means that I do not treat people with issues (e.g., addiction, depression, or anxiety) unless there is also eating disorders or trauma-related issues. This is because I spend my time enhancing my skills in treating eating disorders and trauma; therefore, this is where my strengths lie and these are the people whom I can best help.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that is Enhanced for the treatment of Eating Disorders (CBT-E) for eating disorder/disordered eating work. I offer EMDR and DBR as treatment modalities for trauma. Please note that I do not conduct learning disability, neurodivergence, or ADHD assessments. I do not conduct parental capacity assessments.
