The journey of healing doesn't have to be walked alone. With the assistance of psychotherapy, I can offer you guidance while we explore your unique needs and goals. My psychotherapy services are helpful for individuals who are seeking help with chronic anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, sexual confusion, and relationship conflict. Clients who are seeking to gain awareness into their habits while creating adaptive changes would benefit from my approach. Clients who are aware of certain systems that create unique forms of oppression and symptoms may also benefit from working with me.

Just as you are an unique person, my approach incorporates different techniques from different therapies that provides you with a fluid psychotherapeutic experience. Drawing from humanistic interventions, I offer psychotherapy that has the underlying assumption that we all have good inside of us, and many of our flaws are adaptations to our external world.
