I seek to provide a space where those fears are welcomed into the work as well.
With a background in social work, I am now practicing as an intern counsellor on my way to becoming a clinical counsellor. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, play therapy, and embodiment work, using a multifaceted lens that emphasizes your experience of what it means to be human, to be whole, and to thrive.
I care deeply about the people in our beautiful province and am inspired by the courage of my clients as they pursue authentic growth.
