I am an Expressive Arts Therapist operating acceptance and commitment focussed health and wellness camps and retreats. I work with play, art, video, comedy, writing and performance, drama, sand, games, and clay to focus on self-esteem, emotion regulation, conflict management, and relational skills. The summer camp is for ages 7-11 and operates between 9am-4pm, July and August, with registration availability daily, maximum 8 children.
Retreats are available every month of the year and can be daily, weekend, week long, and organized specifically to suit your needs. Retreats are available for teens, adults, families and couples. Topics are wide ranging from addiction, eating disorders, technology detox, parenting support, marriage rehab, etc.
The modalities offered are; Acceptance and Commitment therapy, parts work, and trauma-informed, psychodynamic, narrative, mindfulness-based, EMDR, and expressive arts modalities. I am honoured to provide a safe, understanding, respectful, and accepting space that allows for healing and empathy throughout our time together.
