I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

My areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, grief/loss, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, addiction, and emotional dysregulation. I also have experience treating complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and workplace related psychological injury. I bring 17 years experience working in addiction and mental health treatment.
