I have been in private practice for 27 years and have helped thousands of individuals develop an intimate understanding of their emotions and then act and move forward. I have recently transitioned to an online platform and am accepting new clients. I like to educate my clients, and I understand therapy and growth are not easy, but neither is remaining in pain. I am interactive and teach tools to individuals, couples, and teens who want to process their feelings (depression, anxiety). Learn how to set boundaries, develop goals, have difficult conversations, understand active listening, and respectfully regain their power. Together, we create tools that you can take off your couch and put into your life!
