Life can be really hard. Perhaps you may be ignoring your own needs to please others, which may lead to losing a sense of who you are. Maybe it was a way you coped before, but perhaps it is not helpful anymore. In fact, it may result in feelings of anxiety and stress, and may impact your self-esteem, relationships/social life, boundaries, and asking for what you want. Perhaps you may also be dealing with grief/loss (including the passing of a loved one, or the loss of a relationship or of something meaningful to you), or navigating challenges with adult ADHD (as well as unlocking your strengths with this), and other life stressors.
Having been in the social work field for 13 years, I bring a variety of training and lived experience to my practice, as well as genuineness, warmth, compassion, and attunement. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and use a combination of talk therapy and practical strategies/techniques (including for mind-body) to meet your unique needs.
