Dr. Liz is a registered Psychologist who provides clinical assessment and intervention for children, youth and young adults struggling with developmental issues, educational challenges, ADHD, anxiety and other mental health challenges. Dr. Liz is tenacious in creating optimal learning environments that facilitate success. Elementary, high school, college and university students can and do benefit from psycho-educational assessment and intervention. Her goal is to help navigate through life's challenges one step at a time . She is a strong believer in Neurodiversity and the science of happiness.
Dr. Liz can help by assessing the challenge and supporting positive growth in individuals by teaching skills, either cognitive, academic or emotional, using evidence-based technologies. She sees challenges through the lens of positive psychology and is committed to helping clients were they are at.
Dr. Liz lives in Halton Hills with her husband, three children and little dog. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, volunteering, crafting and spending time with family and friends. Simply put, Dr. Liz helps people flourish in their lives, their schools and in their communities. She understands that well-being does not mean the same thing for everyone.
