My approach is engaging, down to earth, and informed by evidence-based therapies. I focus on strategies to help you apply your strengths, resources and resilience to overcome challenges and improve your well-being. I am collaborative and strive to empower you to integrate new perspectives and habits into your daily life.
I work with clients facing work stress, life transitions, grief, and mental health challenges. My specialty is working with professionals and caregivers experiencing and managing stress and burnout. I work with people moving through recent grief and complex/unresolved grief. I also work with people living with anxiety and nervous system dysregulation.
