My goal is to accompany you on a journey towards balance, growth, strength and consolidation, where you can share your thoughts and feelings in a comfortable and non-judgmental environment.
My practice involves supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and low self-esteem. My therapeutic setting is open and accepting of clients regardless of gender, sexual, cultural or religious/spiritual orientation. (Upon request, I can integrate different spirituality orientations in my approach.)
I use a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic practices adapted to your unique needs and goals to help facilitate the changes you desire. These include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and creative therapies. I am currently completing advanced training in trauma, youth mental health, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
