In my work, I typically incorporate elements from mindfulness, breathwork, emotion-focused therapy and compassion-focused therapy.
The overall aim of our work together is to cultivate the fullest relationship with your psyche, a compassionate relationship with self and a greater capacity for emotional regulation so that you can experience emotional growth, realize your creative potential and enjoy your life.
