Other areas of focus include professional and/or workplace struggles/development including (but not limited to); procrastination, motivation, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. My goal is to work with my clients towards recognizing and understanding exactly what is hindering their personal growth and acting as a barrier against success.
I practice within a client-centered modality, with the empowerment theory remaining an integral point of focus towards client progression. I truly believe that the best therapists are those that support the client in creating their own success, ultimately allowing THEM to take the driver’s seat in the process towards change.
