I have provided counselling service to a diverse population of clients. My experience with helping individuals has varied at different capacities including counselling at-risk youth in a Forensic setting to supporting adults with developmental disabilities through community living. My passion involves helping vulnerable people and providing guidance. My therapeutic experience encompasses a broad range of client concerns including trauma, anxiety, abuse, neglect, addiction, emotional regulation, life transitions, identity, interpersonal conflict, self-esteem, stress management and and various disorders (PTSD, ADHD, Depression, etc.).
I have a client-centered and eclectic style to counselling where I am able to tailor therapy to meet the needs of the client. There will be an empathetic environment grounded in respect and positive energy for you to feel safe, welcomed and understood. I offer a free consultation.
