Hello my name is Ed Didur. Working with you, I will help identify what matters most in your journey towards optimal mental health and well-being. Learn strategies to cope with life's challenges, feel empowered to make changes and discover your potential. I have worked several years with children, youth, adults, and seniors in mental health. I favour a strength based approach in counselling, taking the time to know and understand my clients. I can provide assistance with positive parenting approaches, child and youth issues, addictions, and seniors health. I am currently accepting new clients and no wait list.
I have over 20 years of counselling experience in mental health. I have worked with Indigenous people in Indigenous communities in the North regarding intergenerational trauma issues. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Structured Relapse Prevention, Attachment Therapy, MIndfulness Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy are my primary methods of treatment.
My goal is to help you continue your journey of wellness that is practical, manageable, and sustainable for years to come. I want to help you design a mental health regimen that is personal to you.
