Recovery, improved connections, better relationships with others and self are all possible even when life seems overwhelming and it feels like you're alone in the confusion. I have been in private practice since 2011. I provide client-centered, assessment and treatment, psycho-education and skills development. Clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, are bereaved, adapting to chronic illness or problems in the workplace - compassion fatigue, lateral violence, bullying and stress are assisted using CBT, EFT, DBT, Narrative therapies, with strength-based counseling.
Clients are offered compassion and empathy in a private, confidential setting. Sessions include using a variety of clinical tools and techniques such as Cognitive-Behaviour, Emotion-Focussed, Narrative, Solution-focussed therapies, etc. based on individual needs.
