I'm Dr. Vinita Puri, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) for the past 15 years, an Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM), Coach and Consultant, with a diverse academic background in psychology, criminological research, social work, and sociology. I bring a unique blend of expertise to help diverse individuals, families and community groups to thrive by emphasizing empowerment, resilience-building, and trauma sensitivity, ensuring comprehensive support for each client's unique journey
My approach to psychotherapy is based on my passion for neuroscience and bio-psycho-social holistic assessment. I provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs; which takes into consideration the interconnectedness of the mind, body, spirit and social environment.
Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, it is my priority to help you feel safe as I work with you to explore your strengths and develop new insights into the root causes of your personal challenges.
