I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with diverse clients in individual and couple settings. I practice from a humanistic, strengths-based, person-centered model as well as a psychodynamic perspective. My approach is holistic, anti-oppressive, authentic, nurturing, and eclectic.
