I am a licensed naturopathic doctor. (BC 00598) and clinical hypnotherapist. I support clients with brain chemistry balance, hormone and nervous system support and naturopathic healing for the body and nervous system. I have practiced for 14 years, with a special focus in mental health, women's health, fertility, hormone balance, brain-gut connection, eating disorder recovery and trauma recovery. When the brain chemistry, hormones and cellular health are supported, therapy success is hugely improved! Integrative and collaborative medicine for the brain and body change the entire experience of healing.
I offer remote sessions and in-clinic sessions to help you heal deeper imbalances and optimize your brain, body and calm your nervous system.
