If you have experienced things that are so overwhelming or suffered a trauma it can sometimes feel debilitating and this can compromise your ability to function and cope this is because trauma affects our nervous system. When you are triggered by an event or a person you produce an emotional charge and when you leave or ignore these issues they get locked in our body and this affects the way you think, feel and behave. In order to feel better and recover you need to address these unresolved issues to release that emotional charge.
I use an integrative approach using different tools and techniques that will address depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction and relationship issues. I have specialized training in trauma and unblocking which will address symptoms and the emotional charge around painful negative experiences allowing you to heal and move forward.
I provide emotional support and guidance in a safe non-judgemental environment and will work with you collaboratively to reach your therapeutic goals. I will help you to tap in to your inner strength and knowledge allowing you to have a new awareness and outlook on life so that you are able to choose the life you want to live.
