I am interested in working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, shame and motivation. I feel psychotherapy is a space to reflect on the meaning of your experiences and emotions and use them to guide your actions in life. I see therapy sessions as intense conversations that help clients create a life that integrates past and present experience to inform a way of going forward that feels true, inspiring and achievable.
My approach is guided by the goals and preferences of my clients. I incorporate current research on neuroscience and emotional health to help clients navigate personal challenges and relate to difficult feelings with wisdom and self-compassion.
My priority is to create a safe and relaxed environment where people can take their time to express themselves. I aim to provide an inclusive and culturally sensitive service that supports people in navigating life’s journey. I am available to take new clients at a reduced (student intern) rate of $75.
