As a registered psychotherapist, I am confident that I have trained in various evidence-based approaches, and have been trying to integrate them based on clients’ wants/needs.
Through rich work and personal experiences, I strongly believe that everyone can make positive changes cognitively, emotionally, and/or behaviorally if he/she could get appropriate support and services. Moreover, various experiences as an immigrant make me deeply understand clients with various issues from cultural differences and/or linguistic barriers
as a culturally competent counsellor/therapist. Accordingly, I sincerely hope to support and help clients’ journey to improve psychological well-being and quality of life by collaborating with them.
