I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I have 10 years of experience doing crisis interventions and therapeutic work around abuse, addiction, mental health, and concurrent disorders. I also have experience in working with clients who have gone through severe trauma, such as human trafficking and those who present with very complex needs.
I offer a variety of modalities and treatment strategies based on your personality and strengths through in-person sessions or virtual therapy platforms. Working with cognitions and behavioural patterns helps guide us in a direction to find solutions that are beneficial for you.
I help build a safe space to unpack thoughts and feelings, while helping to build coping skills and help guide you down your own path.
