My approach is to use an integrative and holistic lens to meet your individual needs and goals using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Makeup Therapy, and more! My experiences also allow me to understand the challenges faced by immigrants and the BIPOC community.
