Specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and acute and chronic health conditions. I offer counselling to children as young as 6, teenagers, youth, and adults. With many years of experience in community and hospital settings, I aim to empower clients to find their inner strengths and foster the mind and body connection. If you or your young person is experiencing a lack of confidence, low self-esteem, behavioural challenges, or various mental health concerns, I am here to help!
Using a gentle, empowering and collaborative approach, I help my clients explore new opportunities for healing. I incorporate aspects of evidence-based therapy into my practice by drawing from various modalities such as: CBT, DBT, strength-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused and mindfulness.
