I am passionate about supporting clients who are struggling with the impact of current or historical trauma, mood disorders, challenging relationships, parenting, life stressors and/or work related stress.
I have specialized training in a variety of modalities including: EMDR for trauma processing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Counselling (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and The Gottman Method for Couples Counselling.
