My goal in starting my practice was to provide a safe, impartial space for young people struggling with mental health issues to feel heard and understood. I am here to listen without judgment and with compassion. I work with a trauma-informed approach and from an anti-oppression framework. I strongly believe in the Harm Reduction model and base my clinical practice around meeting clients wherever they are in their process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
