Welcome! I'm a firm believer that therapy doesn't have to feel like a trip to the dentist. I specialize in awkward topics, it's important to me that our conversations feel like you're talking to a trusted friend. I help individuals, relationships (mono & ENM) as well as polycules & whole family units. I offer a compassion focused therapy model, often coupled with CBT strategies & dad jokes to help us work through the tough stuff. As an RN Psychotherapist, I not only know traditional psychotherapy techniques but I have knowledge in anatomy/physiology, medication management and I've taken specific education focused in sex therapy.

With 18+ years of expertise, I specialize in queer & trans health, sexual dysfunctions, desire disorders, BDSM, kink & the emotions that often accompany them. My therapy emphasizes compassion, self-empathy, humour, & self-discovery. In a non-judgmental atmosphere, we explore emotions & supports to help regain balance, connection & communication.

I'm dedicated to creating safe spaces for adults & youth to explore their identities & navigate sexuality's complexities. Engaging in open dialogue about gender identity, sexual orientation & expression, while encouraging self-discovery & clarity. I tend to only work with children in person, as its difficult to maintain a therapeutic relationship without being able to play and interact. Otherwise, I do the majority of sessions online via Jane or out in the community.
