I will support you by hearing your pain, empowering you, and working towards meaningful changes to alleviate that hardship.
I work with individuals and couples with a wide range of difficulties, such as: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, traumatic experiences, spiritual injury, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to support you. Each individual and couple is unique, thus I strive to tailor to your specific needs.
