My current focus and passion is helping clients who are struggling to free themselves from unacknowledged suffering and trauma. Through my own personal and professional experience, I understand how early childhood circumstances such as abuse, neglect, and unstable relationships can negatively impact us later in life. I provide a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship that allows for deep healing which helps my clients move beyond anxiety, addiction, depression, shame, and grief.
I have come to counselling later in life. As a result I am able to draw from a range of lived experiences in addition to my formal and ongoing education. This let’s me provide a unique and holistic approach to your healing.
Through the use of a combination of body awareness, emotion focused therapies, mindfulness and compassionate exploration, I encourage you to discover significant links between your physical, mental, and spiritual self.
