Want some relief or solutions to these problems? Then let's talk. My name is Denise Aarons and I am a provider of cognitive behavioral, dialectic and solutions focused therapy. I approach therapy in a practical and pragmatic way with the aim being for us to consider and collaborate on some new alternatives to your situation and for you to try them out. A typical session will be about 60 minutes. I provide in person and video/online sessions.
Our sessions will focus on solutions to the current problems or providing you with the tools to better cope and manage them. I will help you to name and tame negative internal chatter, face your fears, identify anger triggers, understand your depression or mood changes and commit to healthier behaviours.
