My work as a counsellor is holistic, strength-based, client-centred and trauma-informed. Helping individuals and families build capacity based on their values, beliefs and interests is fundamental to my practice. I believe we are all on a journey of self discovery, trying to be the best versions of ourselves. I provide strategies to help with the journey.
