I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including motor vehicle accidents, abuse, sexual violence, childhood trauma and traumatic events on the job. I am also specialized in supporting women and families in the areas of adult & youth mental health, perinatal care, anxiety, depression, communication, self-esteem and body image.
My role as a counsellor is to support you on your journey to self healing by providing tools for self inquiry and awareness building, igniting your nervous system’s healing capacity with EMDR, and providing active listening and thoughtful questioning.
