Groups
Group Therapy for Womxn-identified folx (General)
This is an online, low-cost process group accessible and limited to current individual therapy clients only. The group is participatory and held in a supportive container. Participants work with each other in relationship, while exploring feelings and anxieties in a caring space. Group practices different ways of communicating by tuning in and sharing feedback in a collaborative spirit. Group is encouraged to explore different interpersonal patterns through their interactions with one another and develop ways of coping and interacting with their own relationships outside this context. This is an ongoing, open-ended group, limit of 6-8 members, and meets weekly.
