I use a variety of evidence-based practices depending upon your needs. Some of the advanced techniques I have studied include: EMDR, Archetypal Tarot Guidance, Emotion Focussed Therapy, Biofeedback, and Dream Analysis. I find contact with nature and spirituality to be avenues that facilitate healing.
