I care about helping people feel better and know they can heal and grow. I have a special interest in working with children, teens and adults regarding anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, neurodiversity, emotion regulation, stress management, addictions, life transitions, and loss. In addition to individuals, I work with couples and families. I create strong therapeutic relationships and a safe space for people to share their concerns and to work toward meeting their goals.
I tailor my approach to you and draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other areas. I also use art- and play-based approaches, particularly with children, youth and families.
