By creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic atmosphere, I will work along side you to explore and unpack your emotions, thoughts, reactions, and behaviors embodied by your experiences. I will help you make sense of the reasons you are struggling and assist you to think about what might help. The opportunity to think and talk about your difficulties in a reflective manner can create a sense of relief as well as help you to make meaningful changes.

I view people holistically, meaning I work to understand who you are in relation to your history, relationships, emotions, spirituality, culture, and personal narrative. I work with adults who may be experiencing a wide variety of concerns, including PTSD, stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity exploration, and life transitions.

I work from evidence-based approaches that are tailed to specific therapy goals, client preferences, and clinical concerns. This includes approaches from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, among others.
