My primary focus is counselling with individuals and couples, although I have also taught extensively at the U of S, supervised graduate students’ clinical training and research, and testified as an expert in court.
I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples overcome problems, enabling them to live happier, more fulfilling lives. The approach I use is tailored to the individual client or couple. I draw upon a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and others.
