If you are living with the impacts of trauma, relationship breakdown, or significant life changes, you’re not alone. I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples with challenges including interpersonal trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, burnout, loss of meaning, and uncertainties of purpose or identity. My work is focused on supporting the psychological growth of clients and helping individuals and couples to resolve internal conflict. I want to help you get to the core of problems and develop greater self-awareness in the process.
I have professional training in Somatic Therapy, CBT, ACT, Narrative, and relational-based psychotherapy with a focus on understanding the psychological impacts of trauma. I draw upon my training and experience to help clients better understand and navigate life's complexities. My approach is integrative, mindful, and focused on processes of self-inquiry.
I believe that therapy should be a nonjudgemental and welcoming space for individuals to explore challenges.
