I primarily work from a Strengths-Based, CBT, ACT, SFT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness approach. I’m committed to working collaboratively with you to help you understand your feelings, thoughts, and actions. I want to help you experience change in your perspective which can lead to you being empowered to face your challenges.
