Davey has worked with individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties including post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety, along with other common difficulties such as self-criticism, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship issues, and work and school related stress. To help navigate these difficulties, Davey takes an integrative, client centred approach to treatment drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Skills, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed therapies, and self-compassion.
