I have over two decades of clinical experience, training and education; I've provided psychotherapy and counselling to children, youth, adults, and families across education and health care settings, as well as consultation, education and peer support to health care practitioners. In my work, I draw from a blend of trauma informed, evidence based paradigms.
In the counselling process we may work together to access your internal resources and further develop your sense of self, release and reframe patterns and beliefs that leave you feeling stuck, learn new skills and ways of being that foster personal insights and support you to reach your goals, or align with a new narrative that better reflects your values.
